I have 20 years experience in construction, design, and building energy performance methodologies
I am an SEAI registered BER assessor and Technical Advisor. I currently provide BER certificates and for domestic buildings. I can also provide technical assessments in relation to heat pump grants.

With the possibility of each stage being completed at different times subject to your schedule & budget.

The BER process
Step 1 - Fill out the quote request form below as best you can (or call or email me) to get a quote for your BER Cert
Step 2 - If you're happy with the quote we then arrange a suitable date for me to survey & assess your house
Step 3 - Using the information gathered I make all the necessary calculations and input all the data to ascertain the buildings energy use and resulting BER. I register the cert and issue you with your BER Certificate along with an advisory report with any upgrade recommendations
