Combining my BER assessor training & my architectural technology & building performance qualifications and experience, I can provide a Home Improvement Roadmap of possible upgrade works towards a zero-emission A-rated home. 

I perform a building survey and BER on your home as is. From this I  calculate and form a bespoke set of upgrades suitable to your specific homes construction and situation. 

These are ranked in practical priority stages, showing the improved benefit results in an easy to understand roadmap table. These include specific upgrades both big and small where required, their pros and cons, your houses improved heat loss rate, the amount of energy your houses will save (and your pocket), the amount of carbon your house will save, and what your BER rating would be at each stage.

This roadmap provides a calculated overall goal, with steps that you can choose if you want to impliment, in stages suitable to your schedule, & budget.
